In this lesson you will have access to the following paperwork that you need to fill out, sign and upload all paperwork here in this module. This includes a W9, clear photo of yourself with an animal and a 3-4 sentence biography describing your professional animal experience and what makes you an expert in animal emergencies. Please write the bio in third person as if you were speaking about another person. Photos and bios are placed on registration pages so that participants can see the kind of high quality instructors we have teaching for our company.

You also must purchase your instructor’s kit. Kits take up to 4 weeks to be received. There is a link in this lesson to purchase your kit and you must upload the receipt to verify with the training manager that you did in fact buy it.
